They have new rules for several areas such as Terrain Height, and Air Superiorty. And they also have new suggestions for the best way to play 3 or 4 player games, beyond just watching one guy play. They have suggestions for sharing cards and command/control which sound interesting. I have not had a chance to test these out to see if they actually work for 3 player game-play, but they definitely look intriguing.
