A 3v3 multiplayer team game using the ‘Command Card’ system in Memoir 44s World War 2 setting, simulating a battle between the Americans and Germans in August 1944, as the Allies try to break out of Normandy. No experience necessary, quick to learn.

WW2 Timeline

Here are key dates in World War II:

September 1, 1939 – Germany invades Poland, triggering the start of World War II.
September 3, 1939 – Britain and France declare war on Germany, officially starting the conflict.
June 22, 1940 – France surrenders to Germany, leading to German occupation.
July 10, 1940 – Battle of Britain begins, marking a significant air campaign over the UK.
June 22, 1941 – Operation Barbarossa: Nazi Germany invades the Soviet Union.
December 7, 1941 – Attack on Pearl Harbor by Japan, bringing the US into the war.
June 4-7, 1942 – Battle of Midway, a turning point in the Pacific War in favor of the Allies.
August 23, 1942 – February 2, 1943 – Battle of Stalingrad, one of the war’s deadliest battles and a major turning point on the Eastern Front.
June 6, 1944 – D-Day (Operation Overlord): Allied forces land in Normandy, France.
May 8, 1945 – Victory in Europe (V-E Day): Germany surrenders, ending the war in Europe.
August 6 & 9, 1945 – Atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, forcing Japan toward surrender.
September 2, 1945 – Japan formally surrenders, officially ending World War II.

These dates mark critical turning points and milestones in the global conflict of World War II.
