In the Memoir 44 scenario, Villers - Bocage, the Allies are tasked with destroying the Axis Tiger Tanks.

These tanks are tough to kill!  To indicate this it takes two rolls with specific results.  The first roll must be the usual Armor or Grenade icon. But that must be immediately followed-up with a second roll, which must be a Grenade, in order to score a hit.  The odds of making this happen are only 5%.  To make matters worse, most of the Axis Tigers are hiding in forests, which would reduce the attack power of any rolls down to 1D.

But if you can coax the Tigers out of the forest, there is a chance for you to surround them, and then pummel them with multiple rolls.

Here is the result of a recent battle which I won as Allies against the Tiger Tanks.  The arrow is pointing at an empty hex which had the Tiger.  The only way to win was to totally surround the hex, and prevent any escape so that I could roll a series of 3 x 3 dice rolls and eventually win.
