Section Cards Usage
Plan for your card usage. Recognize that there are only so many cards designating movement in a section. So when you use a card on your Right Flank, your opponent has one less card to use on his right flank. However, because of mirroring, his right flank is your left.
This situation is more pronounced in the middle section. Alex Beuve (MM4 Tactics & Strategy Guide) refers to this as “the card removal effect”. If you use a card, then your opponent cannot use it. So one can really build up a big campaign, to which your opponent will be unable to respond.
Generally, you will want to have at least 3 cards in the same section to be confident of an attack. (This would include Tactic cards which can be applied to any Section.)
