Easy Company (80th anniversary)
In the 80th anniversary easy company scenario the Axis need 7 medals to win. But we as Allies lost 5 units in the 10 unit paradrop. Our opponent, the Axis, couldn't meet the 7 medal victory condtion anymore because the max number of medals for them became 6 (assuming they manage to kill the heroic leader Lt.Winters).
The Axis couldn't win anymore so we only played for our victory... Unfortunately we didn't succeed to win the neccesary 7 victory medals either. End score was 6 to 4 for the Axis. Neither we nor our opponent met the scenario's victory condition so no official winner...
Or should we as Allies had to redo the paradrop as many times until we manage to land a minimum of 6 units safely on the board? Or did the Axis win afterall since they gained more victory medals?
Wow, this is a great question. And a really, really unique circumstance. I wonder if anybody else has encountered this or is familiar with the rules in such a situation?
Also I would be interested in knowing where a person can get a copy of this scenario?
